Why do you call yourself a wellness guide?

A guide refers to a person that leads, directs, or shows the way to others. I serve as a guide on this journey alongside you, embracing the experiences of learning and exploration while eagerly anticipating the adventures that lie ahead. I consciously refrain from labeling myself as a coach or mentor, as those terms can imply a hierarchical dynamic that I aim to avoid in our collaboration. My purpose is to nurture an atmosphere conducive to learning, growth, and healing—a space that is both sacred and safe, fostering equality between us, while I facilitate with guidance to your path.

How do I pay for sessions?

I am open to multiple payment options, including, Venmo, Stripe (through my website scheduling system), check or cash.

If you need to create a payment plan, or have trouble paying for sessions, please contact me directly.

What is your refund policy?

If you are requesting a refund/cancelation for your prepaid session, I ask that you contact me within 48 hours before our session. If you cancel within these 48 hours prior, there will be a charge of 50% of the service price.

Why is the Initial Deep Dive required before scheduling other sessions?

The Initial Deep Dive Session is the starting off point to connect with clients and learn about their health history as well as goals for their wellness plan. This 90 minute session allows us to dive into these and create an initial plan for future sessions.

Why Should I schedule a 30 minute consultation?

The 30 minute consultation allows for you to ask any questions you may have for me as well as provide a space where we can connect and I can learn about your goals and concerns.

What is your cancelation/ rescheduling policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact me within 48 hours before the scheduled session.
